Terms and conditions
These terms apply to anyone visiting our website or making a purchase with us. Where possible under the law, only the legal standards of Australia will apply. If there’s ever a disagreement, we’ll first work to resolve it through a collaborative discussion. If needed, we’ll seek further guidance through formal processes. All terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any formal steps will take place there.

Our Contract with You
We all agree that no one is relying on any promises or info that aren’t part of this agreement. If you’re ordering for someone else through our website, you’re confirming you have full authority to do so and that you take responsibility for it. While we do our best, we can’t guarantee the availability of items on our site since they belong to the artist(s). Prices can change anytime, but don’t worry—the price you’re charged won’t change after you’ve placed an order.
Even if you purchase from us outside our website (through other arrangements), these terms still apply as much as possible. We also reserve the right not to ship to countries where we don’t offer services.
Privacy and Security
We take your privacy seriously. Our website is secure, and any card payments are processed through trusted providers. We only ask for personal info when it’s absolutely necessary to provide a service, and we collect it with your knowledge and consent. Your personal info won’t be shared with anyone else unless required by law.
Order Acceptance
When you place an order, it’s considered an offer to buy. We’ll confirm it by email with details of your purchase and the estimated shipping date. We don’t accept international orders outside Australia via the website. If some items are out of stock, we might offer alternatives that are close in style and size, or you can choose to cancel part or all of your order.
Price and Payment
The price on our website includes GST (Goods and Services Tax) for any products, shipping, or other services. If you order something with multiple parts, full payment is needed before any part is shipped. Bank charges on payments are on us, but if you’re paying in a currency other than AUD, those extra charges are on you.
Any currency exchange rates we give are estimates and might vary. If we accidentally underprice something, we’ll let you know before shipping it out. The price doesn’t include delivery charges, but we’ll show you those before you pay.
If we owe you a refund, we’ll credit your card within 10 business days after the refund is due.
Delivery
We aim to ship your order within 10 business days. Deliveries are handled by Australia Post to the address you provide. If we can’t deliver within 30 days, we’ll reach out to arrange another date. We may ship in parts if not everything is ready at the same time. Make sure someone is available to accept delivery! We’re not responsible for any indirect or special losses, like loss of data or profits.


Defects
If something doesn’t meet the standards of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or if you find a defect, we’ll repair or replace the item. If you’re claiming a defect, here’s what we ask:
- Report the defect within 5 business days of discovering it.
- The defect must be noticeable on the front of the artwork and not be part of the artist’s original design.
- Return the defective item to us if we request it.
If we agree that it’s our fault, we’ll cover the return shipping and either repair the item or replace it with something similar from the same artist (if available). We can’t guarantee that an artist can recreate an artwork.
If we repair or replace the item, that’s the end of the claim—you can’t make further claims under this agreement or through common law.
Returning Goods
Here are the conditions if you need to return something:
- We only accept returns if the item was defective when purchased, damaged during shipping, or if we’ve agreed to accept the return.
- We don’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind.
- We try to make sure the images of the artwork on our website are as accurate as possible, but colors may appear differently in different lighting or on screens. We don’t accept returns for color differences.
- If you’re returning an item, send us clear photos of the damage first.
- Return the item within 15 days of discovering a defect, with all original packaging, securely wrapped. The return is at your cost and risk.
Some of our products are made with natural materials, and they might change over time. There are no warranties on these items. If delivery was made to an Australian address, you’re protected by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. If the item is faulty, we’ll refund your return shipping and repair or replace it.
Indemnity
By using our services, you agree to cover us for any costs or claims that come up due to:
- Not following the laws of any country.
- Breaking this agreement.
- Any actions by your agents, employees, or customers.
- Using the goods in a way that leads to a contractual claim.
- Violating anyone’s intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
We’ll protect our intellectual property rights, including the Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property rights associated with our products and website. This includes all content, such as text, artwork, stories, artist bios, logos, images, audio clips, and software.
You can’t copy, modify, sell, or use any of our content, including our name or logos, for your own website or any other purpose. You’re allowed to download or copy content for personal use only, as long as you keep the copyright notices intact. You can’t store large portions of any content electronically.
